Return Process

  Log into your Trena account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return request.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
